“Brad has done several real estate transactions for me since 2008. I encountered many who promised results. Man, it seems like there is a realtor on every corner out there. What I experienced was that he delivered. First of all, he knows everybody. I learned how valuable that can be. But, more than that, he has a sharp staff who are on top of details. In 2008, I was a first time buyer, and he negotiated a way for me to get the financing I needed. He made it happen, which others tried to do. It is such a nightmare going through buying a house and finding someone you can trust.
